1. How to place an order online?

2. Are the fruits fresh?

Yes, the fruits are fresh guarantee as we take new arrival, we don't keep the fruits in our chiller for long and we even check each piece of them before packing them into the gift box.

 

3. If found any rotten fruits, what could you do?

Please record a video of the bad condition of the fruits with our signature gift box and send to us immediately once receive. We shall investigate further and we will compensate you in terms of partially refund, give discount on next purchase or replace new one depends on different circumstances. 

 

4. Can client choose the fruits? 

You cant customize the whole new fruit gift box based on your preferences as certain fruits are seasonal availability therefore we can't guarantee you the fruits choices you prefer will be available on that particular period. However, we do understand some people are sensitive in particular fruits like citrus or kiwi. Therefore, please do remark to us and we shall replace to other standard fruits which are apple, orange, pear and green kiwi. You may add on other premium fruits with extra charge. 

 

5. How to make payment? 

Before you make payment, kindly check the delivery areas, your order, billing details and shipping details again to make sure the areas are cover and details are correct. You may make payment via bank transfer to our Public Bank Berhad account or credit card/Paypal. There will be 4.4% + RM 2 charged by Paypal if you are paying using credit card or paypal. For bank transfer, kindly attached, email or FB message us your bank in slip picture. 

 

6. When can the fruits hamper to be delivered?

We do not deliver on weekend and public holiday. 

We deliver from Monday to Friday. 

Please pre-order the fruits at least 2-3 days in advanced. If you look for next day delivery, please do give us a call, if you manage to confirm your order before we collect fruits we still able to manage your order. We normally collect fruits on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday morning. If you ask for Saturday delivery, please order latest by Wednesday so we could arrange accordingly. 

 

7. What time do parcel arrive usually? 

We deliver the fruits gift from 11am - 8pm. We deliver on the requested delivery date and arrive on same date. 

 

8. Which locations are covered? 

Kuala Lumpur & most Selangor areas. Please refer to delivery areas. 

Free delivery excluded Klang and Port Klang. Other covered areas are free delivery when you order RM 156 and above fruits gift.

10. Can come to our shop to collect? 

We do not have self-collect service yet. 

 

11. Have any wishing card provided? 

We can help you to print your wishing note on a small paper card. If you wish to add on greeting card, we do sell RM 5 each.
