Refund Policy

  • We do checking on each piece of fruits when we pack and before delivery. Fruits are nature there we unable to control their flavor and condition inside however we could collect the fresh arrival from our supplier so that customer could take the fresh ones to keep for few days. If you noticed the whole fruit box are not in good condition first thing when you collect please do take video to show us the proof once you receive it. If the problems are caused by Ezy Fresh Bite, we shall compensate you in terms of partially refund, giving discount on next item or replace a new one depends on different circumstances. 

 

  • If there is refund necessary, we shall not bear the interest of payment processing charge by third-party or bank. We only pay the amount that we received.
